SMS Terms & Conditions

Exclu-Cycle LLC (“Exclu-Cycle,” “we,” “us”) operates a pedicab ride-share platform. We use SMS solely for transactional purposes related to account login and rides, in three message categories. These Terms explain who can receive SMS from us, how consent is collected, what messages we send, and how to stop receiving them.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers collected through any SMS opt-in flow described below are used only to deliver the transactional messages described and are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

1. Message Categories

We send three categories of SMS, each tied to a specific consent flow:

2. Opting Out (STOP)

You can stop receiving SMS from Exclu-Cycle at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. We will send one final confirmation message and will not send further SMS to that number unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP, or repeat the in-app consent flow.

3. Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any Exclu-Cycle SMS for support contact information, or email support@exclu-cycle.com, or call (443) 614-0305.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies depending on your use of the service. Exclu-Cycle does not charge for SMS, but your wireless carrier’s standard rates apply.

5. Supported Carriers

Exclu-Cycle SMS is sent through Twilio and is compatible with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and U.S. Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

Our handling of phone numbers and consent records is described in our Privacy Policy. As stated above, mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use Twilio as our SMS delivery provider; numbers are shared with Twilio solely to deliver the transactional messages you have consented to receive.

7. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date above and, where required by law, communicated in-app or by SMS.
